TRIRIGA Expands Focus on Europe; Appoints Company Veteran to Vice President of European Product Marketing

Kicks Off with European User Conference on February 5

LAS VEGAS–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Jan. 16, 2003: TRIRIGA(R) Real Estate & Facilities LLC and its affiliate TRIRIGA INC., leading providers of technology to centrally manage and control capital assets, today announced an expanded global focus, appointing a veteran member of its executive team to oversee strategic growth initiatives throughout Europe. Cherisse Nicastro, a key member of the TRIRIGA family since the company’s founding in 2000, will serve as Vice President of European Product Marketing, effective February 1. Ms. Nicastro will kick off the company’s presence in Europe with TRIRIGA’s European User Conference on Wednesday, February 5.

Ms. Nicastro has been involved in the development of the TRIRIGA product line since its initial inception, and played a leading role in the company’s efforts to enhance and launch the next-generation of TRIRIGA’s advanced facilities management solution, FacilityCenter(R) 8i. She currently serves as TRIRIGA’s Vice President of Product Development, and is also the chairperson of the company’s Strategic Product Development Committee. In her new position, Ms. Nicastro will work out of the UK to direct all Europe-based sales and marketing activities for TRIRIGA, support the company’s European partner and customer relationships, and drive growth throughout the region.

Prior to joining TRIRIGA, Ms. Nicastro was the Manager of Automation Technologies for ESS Engineering, Inc., a Comfort Systems USA company (NYSE: FIX). In this position, she developed a number of innovative technical integration solutions for the building and facilities industry, including real-time energy management systems (EMS), end-use monitoring systems, and automated monitoring verification. Ms. Nicastro has a BS in Computer System Engineering from Arizona State University, and an MBA specializing in technology management from the University of Phoenix.
