New Features of TRIRIGA 9
TRIRIGA Reserve is a fully integrated solution that gives an entire organization access to common-use resources, and provides an effective way to monitor assets and services and reduce costs through increased utilization and efficient billing processes. TRIRIGA Reserve can be installed as a stand-alone application or integrate with Microsoft(R) Exchange/Outlook environments.
TRIRIGA Condition Assessment
TRIRIGA Condition Assessment allows users to manage facility, building system and asset condition across an organization’s entire portfolio. Organizations utilize industry standard or custom building system classifications to define acceptable quality levels and perform inspections and ongoing field observations. Condition Assessment integrates with other TRIRIGA functionality, allowing users to correct deficiencies through preventive and planned maintenance tasks.
TRIRIGA’s enhanced and expanded Contact Center empowers call center personnel by providing a powerful, yet simple, user interface to manage requests, access relevant caller information, solve problems efficiently, and generate service requests within one integrated system. Contact Center traps duplicate requests to prevent duplicated efforts and data entry. Caller conversations can be captured and stored for historical purposes and future use.
Calendaring and Scheduling
The enhanced calendaring and scheduling functionality allows users to display and edit tasks via Gantt Charts, identify a resource’s availability by days and hours, create availability exceptions such as holidays and other commitments, and query for resources based on their availability.
Approval and Notification Engines
TRIRIGA’s new approval and notification engine lets system administrators create reviewer templates that define who needs to review a record based on role or functionality. Administrators can create Review Requirements per Business Object and add ad-hoc reviewers to any record, with permission. While reviewing a record, users can approve, return, reassign, request clarification, submit a comment, or escalate the review.
TRIRIGA CAD Integrator
The latest edition of CAD Integrator, found in TRIRIGA 9, includes enhanced client-side report management via label filters and theme management, as well as enhanced discrepancy handling. Also, CAD users can now automatically name their spaces via grid setup.
TRIRIGA 9 also includes enhancements to many existing applications such as Portfolio Management, Request Management, Maintenance Management, Service Management, Purchasing and Contract Management, Inventory Management, and Project Management.
