We created a support channel whose mission is to supply customers with YouTube videos. They are role and task based that demonstrate how to accomplish “specific” tasks in your software product(s). See it here. Our videos are pulled from various sources in our organization as well as new ones created by our own support staff and include: Presentation, Teach Me Demos, and Tutorials. In addition we also have available over 700 IBM Education Assistant videos and documentation for over 50 of Tivoli products located in… IBM Education Assistant.
