We have had a reported issue and have been able to document that when a TRIRIGA report is exported to Excel, data gets corrupted. Duplicates are recorded where no duplicates exist and some data does not get exported. We have verified that no issue exists with the records and when you export one record at a time, the export works. Exported data cannot be used and reporting is required for daily operations.
When creating reports in Report Manager, it may be necessary to add an Order By column so it is easier to track down any duplicates that may show in the Export to Excel report. We also suggest adding the sys record ID to the report to validate that the duplicates in Export to Excel are true duplicates, or are caused by multiple associations. Adding an Order By to the report resolved the issue.
