Why are notification links failing to resolve the front end server?


Links in notification emails point or resolve to the application server, rather than the front end web server.

The TRIRIGAWEB.properties file entry for FRONT_END_SERVER contains the hostname or fully qualified domain name (FQDN) of the application server, rather than the front end web server. Edit the TRIRIGAWEB.properties on both the Application and Process servers. Find the setting for FRONT_END_SERVER. Set the value to the hostname or fully qualified domain name of the Web server that sits in front of the application server.
