Experiencing TRIRIGA outage due to expired database password

Cannot log into TRIRIGA. The error message is: “An error occurred. Contact your system administrator [MID-761266226].” The server log shows: “ORA-28001: the password has expired.”

Instructed the Oracle DBA to (1) change the password and review if they want this password to be set to expire. Then to (2) change the JDBC connection information in WebSphere to update the password there. In WebSphere, go to the Admin Console and navigate to: Resources > JDBC > JDBC Providers > Oracle JDBC-Driver for IBM-TRIRIGA > Data sources > data > JAAS-J2C authentication. Then Change Password, Test Connection, and Restart Application Server.
