When attempting to load the Gantt chart in Capital Projects on the Schedule tab, a 404 error occurs and bad session messages are seen in the Shibboleth log. This only started to occur after implementation of Shibboleth SSO.
The issue was with Shibboleth. An analysis of the logs shows that it appears to be looking for something at the /Login location. We could get our first authentication request to pass through @/login. But subsequent requests would not pass through and ended up with a 404 error and bad session log entries in the Shibboleth log. It appears we were hijacking the location since TRIRIGA listens for SSO @/login, where upper or lower case doesn’t seem to matter. The issue was resolved by installing TRIRIGA to a context path of /Tririga and setting our authentication location to /Tririga/login. With this solution, the user does not have to login again at the Gantt chart.
