Is there a way to schedule a “Cleanup Cache” task in TRIRIGA?

Is it possible to schedule the “Cleanup Cache” task (which can be found in the Admin Console > Cache Manager) in TRIRIGA? Thanks for your help!

The Platform Maintenance Scheduler (formerly Cleanup Agent) will clear the cache across all servers when it is run. Since it is configured to run daily, the cache will be cleared daily. If you have some sort of process that updates hierarchy records, and you want to control the cache, add a custom task step to a workflow. These have been available since 3.4.2. These methods will work on the cache. Specify the following in the Class Name field:

  • com.tririga.platform.admin.cache.web.CacheProcessingCustomTask$RefreshAllCache – Clears all cache across all servers.
  • com.tririga.platform.admin.cache.web.CacheProcessingCustomTask$SetDataLoadMode – Sets the faster “data load” mode, suspending tree updates.
  • com.tririga.platform.admin.cache.web.CacheProcessingCustomTask$SetNormalMode – Sets the tree processing back to “normal” mode.
  • com.tririga.platform.admin.cache.web.CacheProcessingCustomTask$ClearCacheAndRebuildHierarchyTree – Clears the cache and rebuilds the tree from scratch.
