Why are the TRIRIGA workflows getting stuck?


We often experience “stuck” workflows in our TRIRIGA system and eventually have to restart the Workflow Agent to process the “stuck” workflows. We would like to understand why this is occurring time and again. Also, are there any risks associated with restarting the Workflow Agent? Any leads would greatly appreciated.
