Is there a way to specify a TRIRIGA user that will handle Incoming Mail Agent workflow calls? I have custom Java code that works if I trigger it while logged in, but when I rely on the Incoming Mail Agent, I receive this error:
Error: User does not have access to the given record. [User: null, GUI: EmailAttachment, com.tririga.platform.gui.domain.GuiId@7dee4702]
I’m trying to retrieve the attachments in the code.
The user ID cannot be changed. However, in a recent APAR, we made a change to have the Incoming Mail Agent run as the System user. As you can see, null users have issues. See APAR IV84157. This will be targeted to the 1H2016 release as well as the 220.127.116.11 and 18.104.22.168 fix packs.
