IV84655: Navigation links fail to load with special characters

When creating a custom navigational link in TRIRIGA, if special characters are used, such as /, \, &, #, %, then Internet Explorer will not be able to display them or go to the external link.

Remove special characters from the navigation item. The ampersand (&) is not allowed in the navigation link name. Moving forward, the documentation will be updated, stating that navigation items with an “&” in the name will not render properly, and that the name must be updated to use the word “and”.
