When an offline “TRIRIGA to Excel” selector tag references records that have one or more blank fields coming from single-record smart sections in the BO, what should be blank cells in the spreadsheet can incorrectly be populated with values. The problem has been seen in 3.4.1.x, 3.4.2.x, and 3.5.0.x. It can happen regardless of the optional selector parameters specified.
The Excel data collection in the platform had some incorrect logic. Moving forward, we resolved an offlining populate issue involving single-record smart section fields referenced by a selector tag. Incorrect values were being populated in what were expected to be blank cells on the Excel spreadsheet, if the single-record smart section on at least one of the records returned by the selector contained no values.
