We upgraded from TRIRIGA 220.127.116.11 to 3.5, and then applied the patch 18.104.22.168. But when we log in as a non-Admin user and click on the Community Reports, we get an error: “Not able to retrieve Community Report.”
The underlying format files were removed from some reports. As a temporary fix, correct the document data or remove the reports. Moving forward, we resolved an issue where external reports whose format file is no longer in the system would cause community and report templates not to load.
