When using the Edit Record functionality, the user receives a timeout screen. Similarly, when the client uses the ability to create a record via the Smart Attach location hierarchy, they receive a timeout screen. Using the Launch Portal command via CI does not work at all and appears to just cause the browser window to flash.
As a temporary fix, establish a connection to TRIRIGA via CAD Integrator. New security fixes caused CI and BIM requests to come in as unauthenticated. Moving forward, CI and BIM commands that launch TRIRIGA, such as Edit Record and Launch Portal, will now authenticate automatically as needed, and will no longer show session expiration messages.
