The workflow template cleanup is not working. From the metadata analysis in the Admin Console, after clicking on “Workflow Template Cleanup”, it is showing the status as “In Progress”. Even if there is an error, the Admin Console is still showing the status as “In Progress”. Here is an excerpt from the server log: “Workflow cleanup and repair encountered problem and could not continue.”
The logging portion of the cleanup was incorrectly parsing the Windows path to the log file. Moving forward, we resolved an issue where the workflow template cleanup would fail to run on Windows application servers.
