We are having an issue with the login screen where it comes up and then refreshes or flashes before you can even enter a username or password. I am able to get to the Admin Console and users are able to login using Single Sign-On (SSO). The error shown in the security log file is:

Please help. Could this be an SSO issue or something else?
If you are accessing the app server directly, not going through SSO, then this is working as designed. The app server is looking at an incoming “blank” username and password, and it is not valid. SSO is designed to go through a web server. When accessing it directly, this is the behavior now, resolving a vulnerability with SSO enabled systems… Once a server is set up for SSO, that is the message you will see from 3.5.0 and newer. If you enter the username/password contained within the TRIRIGA database, it will allow you in.
