Why do TRIRIGA instances crash after upgrading to 3.5.0?

We are in the process of upgrading from TRIRIGA 3.2 to 3.5.0. But all of our new instances are experiencing a crashing issue. They would become unavailable for some time, and then they would come back automatically. This is happening with all instances on our app server as well as our process server.

We are using WebSphere Application Server and Oracle Database If anyone has experienced a similar issue, please share your experience and solution.
