There is an issue where a few payment schedule records have skipped the “triCreate” event while creating the records, and so, a few of the related workflows have not run. Instead, the records are in “triScheduled” status and in read-only state.
In normal scenarios, the records would move from null state to “triActive” on the “triCreate” action. I cannot see the Create Action logged in the Audit Actions tab for these records. What could be the possible reason that the records have skipped the “triCreate” event?
