PDF print preview in Document Manager does not render in Internet Explorer 11.
When a PDF file is opened using Internet Explorer, the Document Manager “Preview” tab is empty. The PDF’s contents do not display in the “(Optional): Display the formatted document” area. This happens regardless of whether the PDF is brought up directly through Document Manager or whether it is accessed through a record’s (for example, a Project’s) “Notes & Documents” tab. Meanwhile, when Firefox, Chrome, or Safari is used, the PDF’s contents display in the “Preview” tab.
This problem, which was seen in TRIRIGA 220.127.116.11, was not present in earlier TRIRIGA releases such as 3.4.2.x. In those releases, if a PDF was brought up in Document Manager using Internet Explorer, the PDF contents was seen in the “Preview” tab.
