Why are workflows corrupted in Workflow Builder in 3.5?

Is anyone having issues with the Workflow Builder? We are running the TRIRIGA 3.5 platform and TRIRIGA 10.4 application. We seem to be having issues with corrupted workflows. Especially if the workflow was exported in an OM package then imported again.

One symptom is that if you add a task, everything below the task will disappear. Another symptom is that the workflow does not save, and then you cannot open it again. This seems to occur more often in Internet Explorer, but we have also had this occur in Chrome as well as Firefox. We are trying to figure out if there is something with our environment or if this is a general problem. We are a little surprised that we have not seen any posts regarding others having issues.
