Where are the new TRIRIGA forums going to be located?

Official Forums

Officially, as of February 2020, the TRIRIGA forums on IBM developerWorks were migrated to IBM Support. Here’s the link. You might notice that the URL includes the “TRIRIGA Platform” forum tag. Theoretically, if everything works properly, this tag should allow you to filter for the migrated TRIRIGA forum posts.

Unfortunately, in order to post, the IBM Support Forums require you to request access to a specified product. Although this might be normal behavior for certain Support sites, this isn’t very convenient for a so-called “forum”. I didn’t expect it. Even as an employee of an IBM partner, I don’t have a Customer Number.

In any case, here’s the following request process. Good luck!

  • (1) In the upper-right corner of the Support page, open the user menu and select the Support Access option.
  • (2) In the Support Access page, click the Request Access button.
  • (3) In the Support Access popup, select the specific TRIRIGA Product (required), enter your Customer Number (required), and select the Country where the product is located (strange but required).
  • (4) Click the Submit button.

Independent Forums

Independently, we already see TRIRIGA forums or groups on social media, like the Facebook group “TRIRIGA Around the World” and Google group “triDeveloper“. But if you’d rather avoid Facebook and Google, I’ve set up an alternative Flarum-based forum called “TRIRIGAFEEDIA Forum“, which includes links to our archived forums from developerWorks. Although this forum is still pretty new and quiet, its light-and-fluid look-and-feel might impress you. Curious about it? I’ll see you there!
