Defining the key elements of ICAMP
The ICAMP solution contains three solutions, all of which come together to support better decision-making:
- IBM TRIRIGA Cloud
- FieldFLEX Mobile.
UCOP chose the TRIRIGA platform to bring together all of their asset data into one integrated system. TRIRIGA lets you create a building inventory and location hierarchy. It has the capabilities required to manage those buildings throughout their lifecycle. Crucially, it supports facility condition assessment, or FCA. This is how they access every building component, from floor to ceiling, for health and performance. By using TRIRIGA, Rich’s team can overlay their building inventory with the FCA data to see which assets are most at risk, or in need of maintenance.
By combining this information with industry data from RSMeans, the team is able to estimate potential repair costs, then kick off opportunities from within TRIRIGA. UCOP also built a mobile FCA application with FieldFLEX Mobile that makes TRIRIGA available to technicians in the field. This carries the advantage of a streamlined inspection and assessment process. It allows architectural, electrical, and mechanical inspectors to look at their respective inventory elements and access asset data with ease. We have an issue with duplicate opportunity rows in the building’s Assessment tab. The issue seems tied to the building system class smart section and the underlying table reporting against it, T_TR_DEF_LI_IT_TR_BUI_SY_CL, while in a building record, Assessment tab, when we create a new opportunity, fill in the building system class smart section (not the building system item one), and create draft.
If a user then tries to change the building system class, but then decides to not save and instead just closes the form, the row that is entered into the table T_TR_DEF_LI_IT_TR_BUI_SY_CL for the temp data, is not removed when the record is closed without saving. Which results in the opportunity query on buildings displaying the opportunity twice. This seems to be a general issue with the use of these tables, since it also happens when you do the same steps on a work task and a facility project; an extra row remains in T_TR_WO_TA_TR_FACILIT_PROJ.
Has anyone else encountered this issue and found a way to correct it? Using the steps below, can anyone confirm that the issue happens for them as well?

We did some customizations on the Space Assessment and Space Management apps in TRIRIGA 10.5.2/22.214.171.124. I made the changes on the non-vulcanized version of Space Assessment and Space Management. I want to vulcanize the code after the modifications. Can you provide the steps and command to vulcanize them?
Basically, I ran into the following error when I type in the “tri-vulcanize” command. But I already installed tri-vulcanize. Do you know the root cause for this error?
'tri-vulcanize' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

There is no TRIRIGA UX feature to export a floor plan to PDF at the moment. One possible way of doing this is to create a page containing only the floor plan and use the browser (for example, Chrome) to export the page to PDF…
In a clean environment, when creating the second or third facility assessment analysis with a large number of years in the analysis (e.g. 25), the component renewal generation begins to spin infinitely, generating too many component renewals and jamming the workflow queue.
