IBM currently offers 3 professional TRIRIGA certifications. Here are the prerequisite skills and required test for each of them. Training courses and publications are recommended, but not required, before taking a certification test. For more information, see the test details, test objectives, suggested training, and sample tests.

(1) IBM Certified Application Consultant – TRIRIGA Real Estate Manager V10.3: Working knowledge of commercial real estate industry and terminology, creating and modifying real estate contracts, commercial real estate accounting practices including new standards, and payment processes for commercial leasing.

• Test C2010-506 – IBM TRIRIGA Real Estate Manager V10.3 Application Consultant: Number of questions: 52 | Time allowed in minutes: 90 | Required passing score: 73% | Recommended Classroom Courses: TRIRIGA Real Estate Lease Administration (3 Days) plus TRIRIGA Real Estate Transaction Management (2 Days)

(2) IBM Certified Associate Application Developer – TRIRIGA Application Platform V3.2.1: Working knowledge of forms, smart sections, query sections, multi-tab sections, security, Portfolio module, Object Migration tool, portals and portal sections, navigation items and collections, reports and queries.

• Test C2010-653 – Fundamentals of IBM TRIRIGA Application Platform V3.2.1 Application Development: Number of questions: 47 | Time allowed in minutes: 90 | Required passing score: 68% | Recommended Classroom Courses: TRIRIGA Application Platform I (5 Days)

(3) IBM Certified Application Development – TRIRIGA Application Platform V3.2.1: Working knowledge of operating systems, relational databases, state transition families, forms, smart sections, query sections, multi-tab sections, synchronous and asynchronous workflows, Object Migration tool, portals and portal sections, navigation items and collections, reports and queries.

• Test C2010-597 – IBM TRIRIGA Application Platform V3.2.1 Application Development: Number of questions: 67 | Time allowed in minutes: 90 | Required passing score: 73% | Recommended Classroom Courses: TRIRIGA Application Platform I (5 Days) plus TRIRIGA Application Platform II Certification (10 Days)
